OHHH thought of another. If DH is sick or sore he'll soak in a tub... but doesn't want wet hair? So he'll pull it all up in a cute little topknot... his dad would prolly have apoplexy if he saw that but I think it's incredibly logical... and hilarious.

Food wise... Don't feel bad in the least. One of the best cooks on Mom's side of the family was Papabear... and he once played for the Raiders.... 6'4... linebacker... also took ballet to keep from getting torn (groin) muscles... he taught his sons, my uncles, and they can outcook their wives on any day of the week. Uncle A does the cooking, Aunt does the cleaning and they're happy. Uncle D is a sexist idiot who thinks a woman's place... all that jazz... he'd rather eat bad food (this is the woman who literally caught the house on fire boiling water for TEA) than to cook great food himself... of course this is the same nutty uncle who we have pics of in a pretty red dress... back in the hippy days... so nice Farrah-ish haircut... even pantyhose... I was traumatized... but that's Uncle D for ya... still thanking my lucky stars that camera technology took this long to get this good... *shudder*
