Hello, I'm Nikk. I'm 21 years old, and am currently raising with my family, about 60 Rhode Island Reds, ten Arucanas, one Java, one Cuckoo Maran, one Silver-Spangled Hamburg and a lot of random hybrids. I didn't think much of chickens when we first got our nine Arucanas, but somehow, the little buggers grew on me.

Not much to say, just your typical 21-year old; I go out on weekends and party-hardy, go to college five days a week (ugh), play various survival horror video-games, am a horror/psychological thriller movie/book/game junkie, a psychology nerd, and a starving artist.

Figured I should join because with all the chickens running about, we are always needing to know things about them, and usually my answers are found here, so it made sense to join in case I needed something really specific. Not to mention I just love chickies and all their silly antics.

from Southern PA! Glad I'm not the only horror genre fan around here - but the video games scare me too much to play them. I make my husband play them and then it's just like watching a reeeeally long scary movie!
