Almost 12 weeks cockerel?

I was thinking it was a pullet since it is an EE and only the middle row on the comb stands out. Then the comb got pink... now looks like the tail is looking roo.....

Am I right in thinking it is a cockerel? The comb is not as red like it looks in the pic but it does have some color
