Sounds like the grass or weeds doing it to me also and he is almost ready to be weaned at 9 wks old. What type goat is he and if he is to be wethered they do better without grain. Just hay and grass/weeds/browse. When were they last wormed? He sounds old enough to be wormed also. Wet grass in the mornings is a open invitation for worms. Yep when mine get dog logs they get wormed.It dont sound like cocci...
