almost a month old

Mah no so little babies are now 3.5 to 4 weeks old (some hatched early, others a couple days late) they have feathers on their wings and backs, and tails, some have neck fethers, others are just starting to develp them a little.... bellies and under the wings are still all fluff...i have the heat pretty low, but is it time to turn it off completely?

Inside or outside?
Don't have the temperature drop like 40 degrees overnight if you can avoid it, but if they're in a room temp environment, I'd turn it off, and just keep an eye on them for cold-huddling

inside, in my room, its a fairly warm room about 70-75 degrees during the day.

If they're inside the house, you don't need supplemental heat at this point unless the temp can drop to the 40's or below.

inside no heat needed.. Outside or in a shed or garage, yes keep the lamp on for a week or so more!!!
