This is totally unrelated to the paint job.....but do you have another way of opening that people door from the inside? I can only imagine accidently closing it and having it automatically latch! Get yourself a little pullstring that goes inside, just in case. Or you will someday be locked outside in your pajamas when it is 35 degrees and nobody else is around. Not that...um....that...uh...has ever happened to me
