What are good behavioral signs of a rooster vs alpha hen
I have one chick that constantly bows up and pecks any other chick that fly or come running to fast near them

That's just normal chick behavior. Both pullet and cockerel chicks flare hackles and mock fight.

any guess on what breed Mixed with this pullet to make it so much more Spastic then the rest
