Is she out yet? You may need to assist a bit. Pick away at a few shell pieces to make it easier. As long as there is no blood, you can pick pieces off. You can use a q-tip with a bit of water to help loosen the shell.

Thank you for your advice. She is still zipping her way around her shell. Her beak is out so she's getting air and cheeping away. My son has decided to leave the egg until 10PM BST. He assisted another quail in a previous hatch so he's confident if Lizzie doesn't come out herself he'll help her. I'm not worried about her because she is making progress, slowly.
We are both free today so keeping a close eye on the incubators.

What I can tell you so far @BoundlessLove is that Lizzie has a beautiful singing voice and a bronze beak!!! A couple of the other eggs have little chips in the outer egg and one is rocking away. Lizzie is ahead by far. I wonder if it's because she is closest to the vent? Who knows. I think she'll be out tonight. She started zipping at 23:52 last night. We're keeping a close eye on the incubators.

One of our incubators is leaking!!! I have no idea how to correct this. I've placed a towel under the incubator and am constantly topping the reservoir up to get humididty at 60%.

Think I'll need to look at a more expensive/reliable incubator.
