My 10 RIR made 4 weeks this week and this little one is starting to look a little different from the rest. Is he a roo?

Unfortunately, I thought everyone would say that. Thanks for the replies. Hopefully, he is our only one and we can keep him. He is such a handsome boy already and is already showing the personality of a roo.
