Am i able to incubate a Muscovy Duck egg?

But i cannot leave the eggs to the mother, there is a large lizard that is planning to eat the eggs, there are also snakes outside...

Please respect that you asked a question, and were answered. You are not going to be able to do it.
What I find alarming is that you admit there is a large lizard, big enough to eat duck eggs. What on earth is a lizard doing in the duck house? Build a better duck house and run, then wait for a broody duck. Or, keep collecting, and toss old eggs after a week. When you have a broody, put them under her

No. Leaves in a box will not produce heat and it will not work.
