Am I dealing with early bumblefoot or not?

So I noticed my boy Gunner walking a bit gingerly today, so at roost time I took these pics of his feet, and saw this

It looks and feels like a simple scab, not very deep, no redness, warmth or swelling. Should I just let be and monitor? Or should I be doing something to begin treating it??

soak his foot in warm water with Epsom salt for a few min. to relieve his feet and clean off the scab. once you do this but a bit of antibacterial cream on the foot and wrap his foot up. but definitely keep monitoring it. it looks a lot like bumblefoot, but I am not sure

What should I wrap it with and for how long?

Do you have snow/ice on the ground where you are? I. I'm definitely not experienced enough to say it's one thing or another but I'm wondering about possible frostbite

Yes that is bumblefoot or footpad dermatitis. It may be from wet or damp bedding or conditions. Droppings can burn the feet. Soaking the feet in warm Epsom salts daily for a few days may help. Some use a drawing salve such as Prid, while others use Tricide Neo soaks, and if it gets much worse bumblefoot surgery might be needed. But I would work on soaking for now and trying to remove some scabs. Here is some reading about bumblefoot treatment:

I think you might be onto something about possible frostbite. In that case, I would probably soak the feet daily in Epsom salts and warm water, and spray them with Vetericyn daily.

It might have been cold enough in the last month or two in NH for freezing and snow, right? Getting the footpads wet or sleeping on something metal in freezing weather may cause the dark spots. Honestly, now that I think frostbite or frostnip could possibly be a possibility, I would not squeeze or remove the scabs at this time. I would just soak the feet in warm Epsom salts water for 20 minutes once a day, and go from there. BluKote will just discolor the feet so it will be harder to tell what is going on.
