Am I paranoid?? I'm starting to think she's a HE?

My 4H leader taught me a little trick on sexing chicks; if you hold them upside down by their legs the roosters will just hang down or bob up once and then hang down. The females, however, will bob up and keep coming up, attempting to touch their beak to their feet. Not an exact science, but it's worked pretty well for me! Hope this helps with the gender confusion - don't know what to say about the breed confusion,

LOL!!! Someone from my club got a bunch of barred rock chicks as extras in their order and didn't want them; apparently their solution was to just leave them in our meeting room and leave early

. Anyhow, they ended up coming home with me after my leader demonstrated the upside down test on them. Only one of the seven kept coming up, and now that they're full grown I can safely say we've got one hen and six roosters...now I've just gotta figure out what I'm going to do with them

Thanks for all the info...perhaps it was just a paranoid moment. I still hope my girl's a girl, but only time will tell. They're still cuties, though.
