I jsut got my first pea egg last night.... about a month late!!! I hope the girls kick into gear soon.

i have about 15 in the Bator. i get anywhere between 1-4 every other day, but it seems like a slow season .....................

Getting to that time most peahens should be laying. No matter what State you are in.

90 % of my peahens are laying.

Few tips, dont give to many treats, feed a 24 % Feed. no JUNK FOOD...I Dont feed treats after March. untill after breeding season.

Here in Ohio, weather has been crazy , but getting over 16 eggs aday.

Now some late hatch 2 yr old may not lay till mid June.

Check pens late at night, peahens lay at dusk or later, predator could be getting the eggs.

I only have 3 peahens and I am just waiting for one more to start laying. It will be nice to let them free range again as soon as she is done.
