Ameraucana: 3 Month Old Cockerel or Pullet?

We have a almost 3 months old amerucuana who is much more controlling and flighty then the others, including our roo.

I'm on the fence about #1. I think it is a pullet though.
#2 looks like a pullet.... I need a side picture of the whole body though.

BTW, those are Easter Eggers, not Ameraucana. That coloring isn't a standard Ameraucana color.

hm, when they were chicks they Distinctly matched Ameraucana chicks... They resemble the more "modern" ameraucana.

Many hatcheries sell Ameruacana that are really Easter Eggers. To be true Ameruacana, they have to match the official standard. This color doesn't match the standard. It isn't even an experimental color that hasn't been added to the standard yet like Lavender or Chocolate.
