Not entirely sure on age? Maybe a month old. Hoping for a pullet! Doesn't like to stay still.

If it’s a month old and only has that little comb I’m pretty sure you have got a pullet.

I'm only guessing it's a month old. Because it's well feathered already. I was thinking the same thought as you, small comb, no pink yet. Im not sure on the Amerucanas, but all my boy that hatched out of my own flock of EEs had pink or red combs by this age! This is my first actual Amerucana, not random mutt chicken lol

It does look around a month old, so good guessing skills! So happy you got an actual Ameruacana and not a mutt this time!

I actually like my EE mutts. They been good layer for me! But for a freebie, after losing so many of my hens this year, I'm happy I picked a nice little pullet!
