Ameraucana/Easter Egger Gender - Tell me how!

I also have a baby EE from a hatchery, Ideal -- and sex is a question. This chick is much much larger than my other chicks. I have 1 RIR, this EE both 4 weeks old. And 2 BPR who are about 5 days younger. All of them were supposed to be girls. The RIR and the EE are both the same age -- this EE is about 1/3 bigger than the RIR.

I think that one of the BPR is going to be a boy, and that BPR and this EE spend some amount of time flapping/sparring at each other. I'm pretty bummed with only 4 chickens if I end up with 2 roos. I live in a very tight city neighborhood, so there is no question of keeping them.

I know that EE are tough to tell sex - but how is size a factor? I thought EE were supposed to be smaller birds than a RIR?

What I've learned in the few short months I've had chickens is every chicken, no matter what the breed, is different. I have a couple huge RIR's and one small one. The same with my Buff O's and BSL. My two EE's are the same age and both pullets, but one is just larger all over. She is as large at 10 weeks as my smallest RIR at 20 weeks.

I go by 1) comb size 2) and then crowing. I've never been able to tell by the feathers or legs. Some of my Buff O pullets have some real meaty legs...just like me
