Ameraucana hen has been “off”

Mary, my Ameraucana has been off since April. I thought she stopped laying until I started discovering shell less eggs. I haven’t found any of those shell less eggs in the past 3 weeks. She just doesn’t seem to be producing.
Her symptoms; lethargic, fluffed up, no tail feathers, very watery poop, mildly off balance. I do have a Mareks positive flock but these don’t seem to be Mareks symptoms. I lost one hen back in January to , mareks, we did a necropsy that showed us tumors. I lost another hen first weekend in June. She also stopped laying and was lethargic then suddenly died in front of me as she was going in to roost for the night.
She does still eat and spends a lot of time near the water bowl. She doesn’t generally stay with the flock. She’s the first to the roost at night. I have dewormed her with one dose so far as well as dipped her for mites/lice since I noticed she had a few.
Anyone have experience with these symptoms? I’ll attach a photo of Mary and a pic of her poop.

Yes, she did have bugs near her vent. What they are I’m not sure. I did a permethrin dip on her last night and didn’t see any bugs today.

If she has a lot of them, they could be making her anemic.

That was my thought. Any ideas how long it would take her to get better once the bugs are gone?

Pretty quick. My hen recovered overnight.
