Ameraucana or EE?

BUT this says they lay pastel blue to a blue-green egg. Could she be a self blue Ameraucana?

Well after reading the link you post I think I found the one feature that makes her NOT pure....her egg is the mint color one. Bummer!!! She’s still beautiful and my favorite boss lady!

Ameraucanas just need to have blue egg genes, not lay perfect sky blue eggs. They can lay any shade of blue or green and still be pure. Egg color is mainly breeders preference and many breeders focus on the SOP rather than egg color.

Would you be able to ask if she breeds Ameraucanas? You do get EEs with all the features to be pure.

Lavender is a color that is very rare in EEs.

Yes. Lavender is self blue.

I hatched her from a lady that has many breeds I thought she was an EE but what do you Ameraucana experts think?!

This 1 is only 12wks old and I believe it's a rooster from help from all the awesome people on this sight

For 12 weeks that is a pretty large, red comb! Mine was around 12 weeks in the bottom pictures her comb was very small. The top one is the more recent.
