Ameraucana thread for posting pictures and discussing our birds

It has been my experience that they can come in more than 1 jpeg format. Perhaps the camra is set to "RAW". The dead give away will be the size of the file. If it is extremely large, then it is likely RAW. You need special sofware to open those. Only some one like me or possibly Dak or peachick would have those programs as we are in the digital imaging fields.

Gorgeousness!! What a beautiful color!! I seriously need to move so I can have more chickens. I knew I liked chocolate but now I crave it

I've been dowloading on my husbands lap top and sending them to my hotmail. It's something with this computer, the lap top recognizes the card.....​

Is the computer not recognizing the card at all or just the files on it? What operating system? How old is the card? How old is the computer?
