Here is one of three BW Ameraucana roos I hatched out.

Everytime I look at this thread, ya'll have me thnking/plotting how I can maKe coop space to add Blue Wheatens! Beautiful birds...even as chicks...and I'm a sucker for anything blue. *sigh*

Hi everyone,

I was hoping you Ameraucana experts can give me some insight-at 3 weeks of age, are there any telltale features that may give me a hint about sex such as coloring, feathering, etc.?

I am hoping i will have a pure, or what looks to be pure blue Ameraucana soon. I hatched out a few eggs and one of the chicks is feathering out really nicely and i think this one might look more "pure" lol.
