None of my Lav girls have started laying yet and I am at 31 weeks. Although, they go to bed by 4:00pm these days... I expect some action soon or come Spring. They look pretty though! ;-)

Same here and mine hatched in late April. Not an egg to be seen. There faces aren't even dark pink yet, much less red. But they are good girls, so I'll give them til April to start laying. Have to say they don't eat much either, so I'm not toooo upset with them.
 
My two white pullets have started and their output is consistent. I wonder if they will need to take a break during our almost mild winters here in the desert. They are at 29 weeks of age.
