Could someone tell me if there is hope for a bunch of white Ameraucana chicks that have green legs? out of about 16 I think 3 have slate legs....

They would be EE.... sorry. All would be EE in my book. Even if the yellow does not express in the other 3 they will carry it. It takes 2 copies to express yellow skin.

Sometimes real white ameraucana chicks can go through a brief period of time when their legs look a little green. I would give them a couple weeks and see if it passes.

Folks I made a mistake in my last Email to you rejoicing in my new baby chicks from Showbird. They are Lavender blue and Blacks all wonderfully smart and they are from Cliff or Showsbirds.

I am sorry for the mistake Cliff. They are truly wonderful and they are not from Don at Snowbird. Sorry Don to accidentally mistakenly use you name by mistake.

I am absolutley terrible with genetics, so I thought I would ask you guys. If I breed blueXblack ameraucana what color would the offspring be? 50% blue 50% black? Also blueXblue what color would offspring be? 100% blue? Same question with black- blackXblack what color would ofspring be? 100% black? Somone tried to explain this to me before and I didnt really understand what they meant and I accidently deleted the email so now I am back to having no idea lol.

I KNOW I have EEs, (look like white Ameraucanas, beards and all, but they have yellow skin)... my question: the boy especially, honks. I've heard that Ameraucanas honk so I'm asking here: will he *crow* or is this *honk* gonna be it? I know it's a dumb question, please be gentle
