It is a Quechua color. The Quechua are a land race breed that are one of the ancestors of the Ameraucana. They have more color patterns than the standardized Ameraucana. The white face or owlface pattern like your pullet has is one of them. These patterns have not been excluded from the EE's in an effort to standardize color so they still show up. There are several color patterns in the South American landrace chickens that are very different from the European colors and patterns that form many of the standardized colors.
