Well it was just my guess lol. My girls are going on seven months and haven't the slightest HINT of pink. My roo's face is identical to hers and has been for a couple months.4 months old.
And gosh, I hope not a boy.

And I aside from comb, I couldn't tell mine apart by feathering for what seemed like an eternity. Guess mine are just slow! LOL
Mine didn't get that pink til right before laying... they were about 7 months old... pick her up and spread apart the feathers at base of tail... at that age, if it's a boy, the hackle feathers would be coming in... if you see new pointy feathers, boy, if not, then girl...![]()
