Thank you very much!Sure, you can also read a brief history of the breed here, http://ameraucanabreedersclub.org/history.html
And, if you're really willing to dig a little, go through some of the old archived bulletins here, http://ameraucanabreedersclub.org/archives.html
The archives are great, because you have the folks that started the breed talking about what is happen, the challenges they faced, and the progress that was made, as it was happening.
I like that blue wheaten cockerel in the first pic! and the blue wheaten pullet in the third pic. I think the fourth pic gal has some good coloring, but she was probably too hot to post for you.
Very nice!

Thank you Susan for the Wheatens! I just love them! The first blue wheaten male is my favorite also. I thought I had posted a Wheaten male but didn't.![]()
Above picture, I like his coloring best out of my Wheaten males. I was thinking about keeping the one Blue Wheaten and this Wheaten male. What do you think?
Here are a few other Wheaten males. I would like to thin a few out here soon.

I love the combination of the white faces and dark feathering on the Wheatens. Such handsome birds.
