    I think splash is my favorite color. They look like tiny, fluffy-cheeked snowy owls to me. Wheaten is really pretty, too, though. Attach26932_20190325_082925.jpg
    Here's my 8-10 week old splash Ameraucana pullet. She even has a splash marking on her beak (the other side of her beak is entirely pink)!

    It is not unheard of to wait 16 weeks before being able to determine sex on an Ameraucana… I have 3 hens now that are about 6 month old. One is much larger than the others and one is pretty small and lays smaller eggs as well. Wish I could be more helpful.

  7. Anyone ever order from deer run farm formerly known as Whitmore farm? Thinking of ordering Ameraucanas from them.

    no but I can recommend Itty Bitty Farm in Knoxville Tn. They ship overnight.

    Who is a breeder and sells eggs. This is the breed my hubby is interested in and has been researching for the last 6 months. Won’t need them for a while but want to look at the web sites and see what is available.
