OK everybody . . I'm new to Ameraucanas. This is a 2 wk old Pips and Peeps chick. Is it a Wheaten roo? I was thinking that because of the dark feathering on the wings that it is a rooster chick? Or is it too early to tell? This is the sweetest, calmest, friendliest little guy!! I am in love with this breed!

I want to learn all I can from those with experience. This was the only chick to hatch, but I have more eggs coming next Wednesday!

ok, I am new to ameraucanas. right now I have 2 doz. B/B/S eggs and 1 doz lavender eggs(both bantam)... I really hope they hatch!
