I just remembered something; there could have possibly been UK ameraucanas in that first lavender bird.

When I used that line in my lavenders I got a few crested chicks. This doesn't mean it was a UK ameraucana, just a possibility. I'm not sure if the person who started with that bird knows exactly what genes it was carrying.

okay, we are coming up on a week with the Wheaten Ameraucana chicks we hatched out- does anyone have pictures or direct me where to find pictures to see what we have for boys and girls. Thanks!
