I picked up a young Ameraucana pullet today. She is gorgeous!! She is laying a lovely aqua colored egg. Here is her picture. No name yet, but am open to suggetions.

I named my black one Lacy - as her feathers remind me of black lace. Or BB for black beauty if you would like something short & peppy.

I have heard around 6 months. I'm waiting patiently for my girls.

His coop card says Champion AOSB too!!!! What show was this and who is the breeder???

Great looking bird! The way he is standing makes it hard to judge his body composition and carriage. He is dark for a wheaten, and its hard to tell how much black he has in his hackle(if any). IMO you spent your money wisely
