Ameraucana thread for posting pictures and discussing our birds

I bought a Blue Ameraucana trio from peachick last Spring. Hatched out chicks all Summer and grew out a group to be my new flock, sold the original trio to a friend. Here are 3 of my new flock. I also have another blue and a black that I haven't gotten pics of yet. The group started laying a bit ago (they are 7 months old) and I currently have some of their eggs in the bator, due to hatch this weekend.

Kai, Kya and Lyla (Nyla & Leila are not pictured)

They are in with the rest of my laying flock. I am hoping Kai will give me some nice Olive Egger chicks as well as pure Ameraucanas.

Oh cool! Thanks for sharing that info...I had no clue. I love Splash anything

She is a sweet hen.

I knew there was blue Wheaten, but not Splash. I got her a chick and was sure peachick just called it a Wheaten Ameraucana.

I think you should send some of those boys for a "vacation" at my house

Love your Splash!!!

Wish mine would feather out like that! He is being so slow to mature feather wise. If one of his boys turn out better than him, he might be looking for a job elsewhere lol
