Its kinda sad because I'm emptying the change jars to take extra money LOL! I guess thats what junkies do! LOL Hope I get to meet some BYC'ers there!

That's awesome! I'm so jealous!! Have fun!

Can I prevail upon the experts again to check out post 4373? I'm meeting a guy today to sell 2 roos, and I don't know who to let go of. Keeping the front boy in 'jail' that Mahonri likes, but aside from that, have no clue. Any suggestions as to who to sell (or who else I should definitely keep?). Thanks!

The first and second splash, the blue boy is up there with the second splash though, at first glance. I'll go back and look at him some more, I thought you were just wanting to get rid of 2 splashes....

Ok, upon further examination, I like the blue boy and the first splash the best, then the 2nd splash. I don't care for all the dark black on the head of the other splash in jail myself, though that would be a matter of personal opinion, and I like him otherwise...

The Blue rooster is my favorite. I pick according to beard and muff size thats always on the top of my list any way. I also like the first splash cockerel in "jail". If I was going to get rid of a pullet it would be the lightest splash unless you bred her to a black. Just because your splashes from her are just going to get light until they are snow white

Thanks guys!

Edited to ad, I'm back from the 'sale'. It was really tough, but I sold the dark blue splash boy, and the second splay boy in 'jail'. That leaves me with the blue boy, the dark headed splash in 'Jail' that Mahonri liked, and the first splash pictured. That gives me two trios and an extra just in case. Thanks for all of your help!

I have 3 bantam hens that I got from an ameraucana breeder about 6 months ago, they look like the beautiful chickens that I see on this thread with the pea combs, slate colored legs, muffs and all, but they all only lay pink eggs. What does that mean genetically? Sorry, if this has been discussed somewhere on this thread, but 400 + pages is alot to go through. . . I love my girls and think they are the best. Just wondering.
