Yesterday I got my first LF Ameraucana egg EVER from one of my black pullets, and today I got my first bantam lavender Ameraucana egg!!! Merry Christmas to me!!!!!

No, go ahead and do so, the Crees are really friendly people, it is just that from a lot of people I've heard, including from my own experience, their birds have a tendency to throw clean faced and heterozygous muff/bearded birds.

Oh, well in that case I'm not too worried, I was only thinking of ordering Marans from them!

I've got an Ameracuna and she is the sweetest little hen!! Whats odd though is that Every thing I've read says they are supposed to be quiet, bear confinment 'well', and lay about three eggs a week. My Lola is very chatty, hates being cooped up, and laid almost every day.

I'd post a pic but I can't figure out how.

I can't spell anything!!!!

I like them but am I the only one that thinks the roosters tall is a bit droopy? I like the nice color and the beards and muffs! Nice birds!!
