Ameraucana thread for posting pictures and discussing our birds

Rusty is an Easter Egger. For a pure bantam go here, and look under the breeders directory. There is also information on telling an Easter Egger from an Ameraucana. http://www.ameraucana.org/index.html
does anyone know where to get bantam americana eggs that are not real expensive. I love my americaanas but want to go with the bantys. I already have alot of bantys so the larger birds are not what I want. The bantys are beautiful but have been unable to find a breeder of just banty americanas. can you please help.
Here is a Pic of one of my big boys named rusty.

Anyone have any frizzled or frizzle gened blue egg layrs? I'm looking for a Roo and some hens with some red on them and that lay big blue eggs??? Will pay for shipping if needed and would take chicks or adults... K

Hoping to get a few pics tomorrow. I do plan to keep her at least long enough to see what color her eggs are. She may fit in just fine with my OE project (planned Penedesenca over Ameraucana). Don't mind too much if she is an EE, but I wouldn't want to mislead anyone else if I decide to pass her on.
Here is a pic (finally) of the birchen patterned (?) hen that is supposed to be an Ameraucana. So what do you think? EE I'm guessing?

She's pretty though!

Anyone available to comment on my cockerels? I'm not sure if this is the best place to post them, or if I should start a new thread. They are 5 months old now. The black is just starting to crow.

Out of 6 chicks - 5 were cockerels. I was able to cull 2 of them due to crooked combs but these 3 are what I have left. I hope I have at least one that's decent!

Black

Blue #1

Blue #2. I'm not sure if his wings are droopy, or if he was just being lazy. I think I'd have noticed if they were so droopy - but I will peek at him again tomorrow.

And my 2 blue wheaten boys. They are a bit younger, but I'm not sure of their exact age. I know not much is visible from the pics.
