Ameraucauna- 16 weeks

This “guy” is just under 16 weeks. True Ameraucauna from a breeder. Thoughts on gender? I’ve thought boy since he was little but I don’t see signs of male feathering.

Agree. ^ Looks like a very pretty girl you have! And her face looks so sweet. I don't see any saddle feathers or starting of spurs or anything.

Hens are very likely to grow spurs just like a rooster, I've got some RIRs with spurs longer than 2-3 inches. But besides that I agree with all the posts above.

It wasn’t spurs. Just acts like an “in your face” rooster plus the comb was pretty wide from the start.

I’m just in shock that out of four eggs I ended up with four girls. 1 black, 1 blue, 1 black mottled and 1 blue mottled. They’re so gorgeous. I’m thrilled.
