i was thinking that, but didnt want to be the first to offend. why i was wondering if it was crossed with meat bird to get, though certainly couldnt eat it unless starving, as way to pretty in an: "who wants a piece of big bird first, foolZ!!!" kinda way.. id had to see her mad in a dark alley, as had a huge homer cock once that beat up my huge peregrine falcon and put it totally off birds (dont worry, im more into pigeons than raptors now). I get to see the hawks bash into the cage as the one male dances and sings at them in the front of the cage, while the rest just watch looking amused at them both. LOL finding keeping pigeons for themselves alot more rewarding (i was told when in falconry, that the rollers that occasionally were seen, were defective and/or sick etc). I just recent discovered them to be a definable type of pigeon, when a neighbor's family got a pair of birm rollers, and im fascinated and hooked. also that homers come in more than just the funny looking wild morph. always loved fantails ring necks and diamond doves. also that they all hav personalities (some not so great).
