Anyone else cringing from some of the performances tonight?

I'm sorry, but I thought Casey was TERRIBLE! I also didn't like Niami sp?. I LOVED Haley and Lauren. I also LOVED Jacob. Everyone knows I'm a fan of his. Oh, Stefano did a great job, as did James. The rest fizzed out. JMHO

Casey was HORRIBLE tonight (and I'm a big fan of his).... he totally butchered that song! I loved Thia's song tonight, but I love that song. I don't like Jacob's singing at all.

I'm beyond cringing !! I was VERY disappointed in Casey - I thought he was pretty bad, though he is still my favorite. James did pretty well - not my favorite performance, but pretty good. I'll really look forward to him and Steven Tyler singing together - they need to bring Adam Lambert in on that and what a party that would be !! I thought Scotty was good. I did like Thia - she has a gorgeous, gorgeous voice. Jacob was a train wreck - just one time I'd like to hear him cut out all the screaming and just SING. I liked the beginning and ending of his song - the middle part? I hit "mute" again. Lauren did okay when she got to the chorus, but the first part of the song was pretty bad. I think that Stefano was by far the best last night. I really enjoyed him.

The best part of the show was Haley's red lipstick smeared all over her teeth, chin and cheek !! Bless her heart - she took it in great stride, though.

Does anybody here get all the fuss about Pia? Because I sure don't !!

I like Pia a lot. She has the most professional voice/image/presentation/style of all IMHO. Scotty has a wonderful voice and simple down home persona that I just LOVE! I think he will be the new "Garth Brooks" someday. They are my two favorites. The others gave wonderful performances (particularly Thia....loved her song, and Haley....what a sweet southern belle, and Stefano....great polished performance last night). The choice is going to be very difficult from here on out.

Ok .. Casey. I do love that he is gutsy. I hate Nirvana. Having said that ... I liked HIS version of that song better than Cobain's .. lol. He's still one of our top two guys.

I love Bon Jovi .. wasn't extremely thrilled with James' version .. but he "can do no wrong" .. He's my fav.

Stefano .. stefano stefano .. I've liked him from the start... and he gets stronger and stronger. Lucky to still be here (wildcard) but he's starting to taste it.

I love Haley .. period.

I don't get Pia either. I mean, she's got a beautiful voice .. and she's polished .. maybe too polished, if that's possible. You might as well be hearing her on the radio - she's boring to watch ..

Lauren was good last night.. I like that song. You could tell she didn't feel good ... She reminds me of Kelly Clarkson (personality)

Did you see the Black Eyed Peas performance? I'm not a fan of theirs but I do know what Fergie looks like, and that did not look like her at all.

I can't believe the great talent this year also. At first I wasn't going to watch it but the quality of singers is so good I don't know who will win. Watch it tonight see who is voted off.
