To stay on topic, here's a photo of Sterling, my silver duckwing Serama

His girlfriend there is Ashe, also a silver duckwing. I also have a couple of my best black pullets and all three are laying daily now and I just candled a few of his girls eggs and they are good. I hope to have chicks to share photo's of in a couple more weeks.

He is beautiful! Is he one of yours that you bred/? Curious how to get these colors . Would this be appropriate place to post 3 picts of young roos- want to keep only 1 and cant decide. Looking for vertical wings and bigger chests.

I have a Serama chick question....
As some of you know I had my first Serama baby on the 10th of this month, it seems to be doing fine, but we do have an issue. It goes backwards most of the time and keeps getting on its back and then it can't get back up. I am afraid it will die on it's back. What is going on with him and is there anything I can do to help. Also he chirps constantly, he is lonesome I know because we don't have any body to go with him, he was a lone hatch. Thanks everyone in advance

many people use SAVACHICK in the water or other vitamins, not sure what or I would give you a name. sounds like he needs some kind of supplement. Even have heard suggested a little sugar water to get them back on their feet.

also lone chick should have something to cuddle with all the time, stuff animal, stuffed sock or rolled up tshirt. it helps keep them warm and feel "not so alone" even under the light they need something

Others have a lot more experience than me with this.
