I don't know, I hope she pulls through!!! Do you think she has a crop infection or impaction? I don't think it should be squishy, unless it's got some stuck food in it. I would search the list for crop problems and see what they say. I think you do apple cider vinegar and massage ... but it's been a long time since I read a crop problem thread so really unsure if that's right.
I have a tortoise in similar straights, yesterday she was fine, eating like a pig, running around everywhere. Today she is just sitting with her eyes closed, won't eat, and I put her in her pan of water to soak (they can absorb water through their rectum) to rehydrate her, she stayed in until I took her out. Normally they run around like crazy trying to get out, and this was a pan that she could have walked right out of if she wanted to. Her eyes looked a little bit better afterwards. So we'll be taking the exotic vet trip in the morning. Happily the vet is less than 2 miles away. Hopefully she'll be okay until then. If I knew what was wrong I would give her a baytril injection, from my left over from treating Ivy from an eye infection. But I don't know the dose for a tortoise, and not sure that would be the correct one anyway. Sigh! I hate it when my pets are sick. We've had the torts 3 years and none have ever been sick, except Bluefellow (the boy) gets an eye infection every year at hibernation time from scratching his eye in the dirt when he digs burrows. I think my sick tort (Squirtle) has something other than an eye infection though ... thinking probably sinus, even though I don't see any drainage, since their eyes can look weird when they have a sinus infection. Morning will tell ... I've done all I can right now.
