Sad news for me today... My Serama and Cochin Frizzle passed away last night.

Something came in and got them. The New Year is off to a bad start foro

so sorry for your loss. hoping you have tons of new babies hatch to ease the loss.

Well, please let me brag about my newest babies hatched on the eve of New Years eve, LOL (really early) Today they're rambunctious but I did manage to get a nice baby photo of them! Right now, they're named Tweedle dee and Tweedle dum but they will get real names once I know their gender. We're going with a Harry Potter theme with our Seramas

If 5 Serama eggs equal one regular egg, man, It'd make me feel like I'm getting so much more for the calories!

But there are a lot of people here that sell eggs, these two are from Bhep They're so sweet and tiny! Can't tell in the picture but the one on the bottom is half the size of the white one, so cute! They really play a lot together!

Im getting about three eggs per week from this serama hen....but they look longer than they should...does that matter?

I dunno, my frizzle just hatched out of one like that, it's healthy and beautiful, so I'd say it's not a problem.

One of mine hatched from an egg like that. I don't think they are ideal, but are still hatchable.
