American serama thread!

Yes, I was planning to do so. But I have no clue if this girl is a hen or a pullet. I may go ahead and contact the lady I got her from to see if she knows.
Well, it's ok if she is a pullet, just as long as she's been laying a while, it should be ok :)
My serama hasn't laid an egg for days? She usually lays six a week she seems perfectly healthy? What do you guys think?
Mine haven't been laying either. one here, one there. They can be irregular. I wouldn't worry about it.

I just had three different people over to check out my seramas, and ALL THREE want some! If I didn't have to feed everybody I'd give them away for free. I think everyone should have serama! These are the cutest little birds ever!

hey guys, what is the dose of tylan for a micro serama? my little gismo is congested, sneezing and mouth breathing, i noticed to her comb is going dark then light, i put her on tetrycyclin - until i find the dose

I hope I can find homes for my boys. It would really be awesome if I got lucky and had mostly girls, but we know the chances of that don't we? LOL

Learning to roost!
Too cute!

I'm so glad she is doing better tonight. I really hope she'll continue to get fully well!

! pics tomorrow when my phone charges!
Awesome!

I'm wondering how old my pullets need to be before I introduce them to their male counterparts. The boys are trying to jump each other's backs already and I'm thinking I need to let them get pretty big before I let the boys have them. I don't want them hurting the girls. When do you think it would be safe? At 4 months or do I need to wait longer? I'd sure appreciate any experience you all have had in this. Thanks!
