They came from

The eggs came from Alabama. Don't know if he's a byc member though.

You are lucky. I also got some from e-bay. I only have three viable ones right now. Crossing fingers that they don't quit on me.

Wish you luck! Had to order 36 eggs for these 7. Ordered about 5 batches earlier of about 75 eggs total but got nothing. Was about to give up hope but decided to give it one last try. Glad I did! Think the AZ heat might have been frying the eggs before.

I ordered 2 dozen eggs from Bhep on here and received 30 eggs. 3 had cracks but there was a slight dent on the box , P.O.'s doing, so I had 27 intact eggs. At day 12 I have 25 well developing. eggs.

EDIT...big time..found...her..Beth right? I worry about the distants. I'm in Utah..that's a ways, but, if she can send that many I just get some. I am tired of ordering these little eggs, and not having but only two or three viable. I do well with silkies, so I know I'm doing ok with the incubation..just not getting either good eggs, or, it's the darn shipping. :/

I'm pretty sure she's still selling eggs. Her birds were laying really well when I ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I found a tube feeding tutorial on BYC so I was able to fill her crop with liquid food like the tutorial said. At least I'm doing all I can to give her a chance. I hope she responds soon.


I've named her Penelope.

Hope Penelope makes it.
I had a hen named Penelope who was mauled. My poor girl....

I have named my serama pair Peanut and Hazel !
