.

Just a quick check in. Pictures to day for sure.........
I hatched 13 total. 5 Seramas, 4 Silkies, 4 English Orpintons.
Did a hatch this late in the season so I will have time to concentrate on them with pictures and documentation.
Of my 5 three week old Serama chicks......4 are frizzle.............That surprised me and was not my goal.
At least one I am pretty sure is white....we'll see in a few weeks..............
I know they do not breed true color wise........but the grandfather was a white frizzle soooooooooo?????

There are 5 different featherings as far as I know, though I don't know if all of them are accepted in the Standard. There are smooth, silkie, silkie frizzle, frizzle, and booted featherings. http://www.castledelightseramas.com/

I love Castledelight..I just showed some of her babies on this site, and I have more eggs coming next week. They are darling. Thank you for the responding post. I have looked up booted, and I am thinking, I prefer the clean legs. :) I will leave the nice feathered legs to my bantam cochins and silkies. :)

RIP my little Hazel. I'm crying so much right now. I can't believe my baby is gone. She was too young to go and didn't deserve to die yet. My little angel, I hope you can meet Penelope in heaven and one day we will meet again my baby girl
