SUCH EYE CANDY!

Is anyone going to the Dalton, GA show on 11/30/13? Or how about the Knoxville, TN, ABA Nationals on 12/6-12/8?? I mailed entries today, just wanted to know if we will have a turnout. The American Serama Assoc put an ad in the pamplet, so I am hoping for some folks to be there.

It would be very cool to get to meet some of you folks.

Managed to get some better pics of the babes today!

How cute! I love the next to last one. They are all going to change, unless the blacks, are black. :p But that Haiden has some interesting colors already! Will be fun watching them..I should get some photos of mine. It's been a while, and they have grown.

Thanks. Little Haiden has the most variation in his colors so far but they are all changing so quickly! Alex ad Sammy used to be twins but now Alex has already got golds, tans, and blacks coming in. I can't wait to see how they end up. I've heard they Change a lot so that's why I'm taking pictures every 7 days to document their color change

Just received some chicken diapers for Tweet. He acts as if they aren't even there! He's just strutting around the bedroom, and scaring the kitten away. He's so friendly towards people, but when the little kitten pads over to him, he gets all territorial, he tries to scare him away and will peck at him if he comes too close.

Ha, I don't blame him for chasing the kitten away, it's going to be a cat someday..birds and cats, are not generally something that goes well together. Although, I do know several folks with their cats out doors that don't bother their chickens. Only ferral cats that some around, which happened to me a while back. Got one of my Heritage RIR pullets. :(
So Tweet is going to be indoors. How fun. I have two small dogs that would not allow that! My big Golden Retriever will go around the chickens just fine.

Yes it's so adorable watching a little Serama roo wandering the house. I have a Newfoundland pup who doesn't get along well with the chickens, but she wouldn't seriously hurt them. The worst the did was bit my Mallard hen's wing, but I think she was just playing. I let Tweet wander the house when the Newfie (Annabelle) is all tuckered out and lazy... Tweet doesn't like Annabelle because she nearly ate him when he was 4 months old...

But so far so good.

Picture time. They kept running into the corner, so I could only get a few up front here and there. They grow so fast, but not so big. :)
First one up front is a frizzle of course.
