American serama thread!

Picture time. They kept running into the corner, so I could only get a few up front here and there. They grow so fast, but not so big. :)
First one up front is a frizzle of course.

Very nice selection of colors..................Love the little tails standing up..so cute................

Wow!! What beautiful birdies!! I especially love the colors of the roo in the firstand last picture

Yes it's so adorable watching a little Serama roo wandering the house. I have a Newfoundland pup who doesn't get along well with the chickens, but she wouldn't seriously hurt them. The worst the did was bit my Mallard hen's wing, but I think she was just playing. I let Tweet wander the house when the Newfie (Annabelle) is all tuckered out and lazy... Tweet doesn't like Annabelle because she nearly ate him when he was 4 months old...
:idunno
But so far so good.

PLEASE :fl PLEASE :fl PLEASE :fl NEVER leave Tweet alone with your doggie....even for a second....maybe dog would never willfully kill BUT sometimes that moving object is too enticing not to want to pick up and play with...
Now go enjoy your house chicken! :cd

Wish I was close enough to go (sigh), but just too far for me. There is also another show in the same area this Sat...(Nov. 16) at Lawrenceburg, Tenn...if you are close enough to go, be sure and do it...It is the SCNA National and the entry for the Table Top show is 200+ serama...would love to go !!

Is anyone going to the Dalton, GA show on 11/30/13? Or how about the Knoxville, TN, ABA Nationals on 12/6-12/8?? I mailed entries today, just wanted to know if we will have a turnout. The American Serama Assoc put an ad in the pamplet, so I am hoping for some folks to be there.

It would be very cool to get to meet some of you folks.
