well our closest fair is in quincy ca but only has a small 4-H fair but im going to talk to the fair board about making it so older people can show. this will be my last year in 4-H eventually i want birds i can show at an actual show though

That would be very cool you could become a saught after top breeder not a bad living i would think.

yes. here tell me if this idea is crazy. i want to make a "chicken zoo" like having a breeding trio or more of every breed of chicken that way if a breed loses interest and popularity they dont go extinct. like the gold cochin (not gold laced) that is now extinct it was one of the birds originally used to breed BLRWs (the other was a blue andulsian)

I would love to do something like that. I need to get rich first.

Not a crazy one but unorthodox maybe. It would be a rather expensive venture. If you got the documentation together i would bet you could get grants from th government to fund such a project. Make a plan and execute the plan. I would love to be a caretaker on such a venture

Ok thisit what i got from my coops today from bottom to top a serama egg a standard large breed egg and this monastrocity! Poor hen it must have three yolks in there!!!

i feel sorry for her. also jesse im gonna check the eggs again tonight and if they arent forming by now does that mean they are done? they were on day 5 when the power went out and its been 5 days since we got power back
