Me playing Life on the Farm with Uma hahaha

How do you write a review on Seramas? I would love to write a review on my little Uma. :) I love them I will always have a Serama hen in my flock.

Another question, Is there any serama chicken shows in july or august in alabama. Is there any serama owners in alabama? And if I send you pictures can you tell me if my hen is show quality?

Today I finally came to the realization that my little serama baby is in fact SILKIED!!! I can't believe it. I have been dying for silkied seramas and have no idea where this little dude came from because I have no silkied serama in my flock. I'm over the moon ecstatic. He's 4 weeks old now. Of course he is a male but at this point I don't care! I've been staring at him for the last 2 weeks, questioning myself on what I thought I was seeing, thinking I was just wishful thinking. Somewhere, somebody is carrying the silkie gene and I am just thrilled. He's a little black and white mottled boy and is so handsome! His surrogate mom is a cochin bantam that is mothering him, another serama, 2 large fowl orpingtons and a porcelain duccle. There are now 5 broodies in the serama house so I have given them all eggs in hopes of another little silkied baby :) Pictures to come tomorrow

You can check on the SCNA website to see when the next tabletop show is, but I KNOW that there will not be anything in those months CUZ>>its too hot ;)

Hey! I have a pair of Seramams. The are class A, and I will upload some pics later. But my question is how to tell if they're American or Malaysian. They're about six months old and the hen just started laying. The roo stands very straight, but not completely 'folded' looking. Hen is kinda chocolate laced, and roo is a very pretty light blue.
Any idea if they're American or Malaysian?
