American serama thread!

I have to and set a few eggs 6 of 7 show no growth and i know their fertile and 1 showed growth then a blood ring. What's going on?
Were you hatching with an incubator or broody hen? In the Spring I won 14 eggs in an auction. When they arrived 1 egg had a crack. I set the 13 remaining eggs in a Little Giant still air incubator that I had added a fan to. I did not use my egg turner fearing that the jolt the eggs would receive when turned would damage them on the inside. I put an X on one side pf the eggs and an O on the other. I turned the eggs over about 4 times a day. Out of the 13, 3 didn't develop the remaining 10 hatched. I couldn't believe it I mean one of the eggs was smaller than the end of my thumb.

Hi everyone,

Can someone point me in the direction of someone reputable who sells chocolate, silkied and frizzle eggs in the states???

Yes they stick their heads in and reach down to the bottom to get feed. You need to make sure that the feeder is the right height so birds can get to feed. I put some feed on lip to entice them to feeder. Soon will put head in and find feed.

My amazing little Xena! I can not wait to take her to a show!
