thanks a lot, yours are beautiful!
Sudden death? I had a standard too just laying in coop 10 min after he was running around. I never could figure out why?! Is this common in seramas I have a Cockerel and pulley but believe they are moving towards the next stage. He's been trying to do his thing for 2-3 weeks. She won't have it! However her face is very red! I hear they mature much earlier! She is one figure wide under vent. Does that mean eggs are coming soon?
Serama can start to lay any time after three months of age; 4-5 months being the norm. At least, most of mine have started to lay eggs between 4-5 months.
yeah. He was Super young, So that back would continue to get shorter, and the wings would keep getting better.Awwh that sucks he was really nice
Sudden death it seams like can happen to just about every breed. It is a lot more common in seramas. I also had a pullet who was about the same age that did that. I think that I have had two and my friend has had one that had sudden death and I think that it happened around 2 months for cockerels, and 3 months for my pullet. As for your pullet, My hen who has been laying, has two fingers and she is a class a.... it depends how old they areSudden death?
