At this point I just want to improve the stock that I have. Seramas are heralded as the smallest breed. So size too. Even as pets the small size is preferable. I've read many posts about A size and smaller having fertility problems. I believe that there's more to the infertility problem other than just size. I have two hens that are 10-12 ounces and one a bit bigger. They lay like clock work-three days an egg and the third day is off. I am very curious to see what happens with my smallest pullet (8.5 ounces) when she starts to lay.Pretty good quality, it depends what you are breeding for in your serama flock, if you are working on better type, I would give her a little more time to see how she matures!
