Can anyone tell me what variety my cockerel is? He's the one closest to the camera... Thanks!
There really is no variety, his color is mottled with red leakage on his saddle feathers and he will be a handsome fellow when he is full grown!

For up to 10 weeks I fed my two Call ducks Starter/Grower Dumor, then for up to 20 weeks I fed them Grower/Finisher Dumor, and now they're on Dumor Layer Pellets. I'm either getting a pair of day old Serama chicks this month or hatching my own!Is their diet the same or do I need to get them a different food?

Those bitty little precious seramas are going to need starter/grower and you will prolly have to grind it up more for their teeny little beaks. They eat just the same as any other chicken, its just hard to actually remember they are chickens. They are little peoples in feathered coats to me![]()

I buy dumor starter/grower but i soften it as i dont want to risk them choking. Also they cant kick it out once its softened

I've decided to hatch my pair of Seramas, as I did my pair of Calls, and I was curious as to if the temperature/humidity gauge is the same for chickens as it is for ducks during the incubation period? For Calls the hatch day is the 26-28, although I know for Seramas the hatch day is the 19-21. Are there any other differences I should be aware of? I'm picking up my eggs tomorrow afternoon and I'm very excited!![]()

I have had the best luck with the temp at 99.5-100 and the humidity at 30%-35%. Good luck!!
